We are a dedicated group of grassroots individuals who love our natural environment. Specifically the waters of the NC and SC Catawba River Basin. We intend to follow our own personal interests in a broad way and together provide a raised awareness and financial support for this endangered and threatened resource.

Catawba Putter Paddlers

This is for paddlers who like to go with the flow on a river, stop to check on ducks, spiders, flowers... But maybe enjoy some whitewater too. And lakes. And creeks. Sometimes it'll take us all day to go 8 miles. Sometimes all day to go 2, what with snacks, swims, sidetrips up a beckoning stream, and checking on the rookery. Weekends, weekdays, after work, moonlight, sometimes camp.
